Concord, New Hampshire. – New Hampshire Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense program, announced ArgenTech Solutions, signed a Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve May 15, 2018, at their new location, the Concord New Hampshire Airport, as well as their main office in Newmarket, New Hampshire. ArgenTech also has a branch in Vancouver, Washington.

The Statement of Support confirms that ArgenTech Solutions joins other employers in pledging:

We fully recognize, honor and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act (USERRA).
We will provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
We appreciate the values, leadership and unique skills service members bring to the workforce and will encourage opportunities to hire Guardsmen, Reservists and Veterans.(Pilot in Command)
We will continually recognize and support our country’s service members and their families, in peace, in crises and in war.

The Statements of Support were presented by Brigadier General David Mikolaities, The Adjutant General for New Hampshire, to Keith Haney, CEO of ArgenTech Solutions. “Today, supportive employers are critical to maintaining the strength and readiness of the nation’s Guard and Reserve units,” said Bruce Thompson, ESGR state chair. Many New Hampshire employers provide support above and beyond their legal requirements by law by offering pay-differential to offset the loss of wages, and extension of health care benefits, which complement coverage provided by the military, when their employees mobilize.”

ArgenTech Solutions is currently one of 30 nationwide finalists for the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest recognition given by the U.S. Government to employers for their outstanding support of employees serving in the Guard and Reserve. A service member employee from the Vancouver, Washington branch submitted the nomination. The Freedom Award began in 1996 to draw attention to support from the employer community. To date, only 250 employers have received the award
