REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in HR management. Management of HIPAA material a significant plus. Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Knowledge of documentation tools (MS Office suite). Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team environment is essential. Performance at a high level of professional performance with minimal guidance and direction is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured, matrixed and entrepreneural "start-up" environment.
