FSCE03 – Field Service Representative – Operator
JOB TITLE: Field Service Representative (FSR) – ScanEagle Operator LOCATION: To be determined |
DESCRIPTION: The Operator is responsible for flying all Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) equipment and will be integrated into a flying schedule with site provided guidance. While operating from the deployed location, all FSRs are responsible to, and work directly for, the assigned Site Lead for daily tasking, regardless of parent company. Each FSR will be integrated into the flying/maintenance schedule and is not solely responsible for one area of the deployment location requirements (programming, maintenance, refueling). The FSR will be integrate with all facets of the operation and be able to operate, communicate, and work in support of mission requirements. It is the FSR's responsibility to ensure mission success through aircraft serviceability, system operability, system reliability and operational support stability. The Operator should be current and qualified. All issues encountered during deployment operations in support of the customer requirements or training will be coordinated through the assigned Site Lead. The Operator will assist maintenance operations and work as ground crew support when not operating.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification as ScanEagle FSR Operator. A minimum of one year as Operator for ScanEagle UAS in a deployed status. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance documents dealing with Insitu’s ScanEagle UAS, as well as ArgenTech Solutions' and US Governmental requirements for operating in AOR and AFLOAT deployed status. Ability to respond effectively to operational inquiries. Ability to write mission reports, and give post-deployment presentations to customers and management. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and others this position comes in contact with. Personal Computer literacy is required. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to apply principles of logical or operational thinking to a wide range of mission-related and practical problems. Demonstrated operational and programmatic knowledge and performance at a high professional level with minimal guidance and direction is required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team environment is essential. A SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain a SECRET level clearance will be required for this position. Hold a valid U.S. Passport. Hold a 2nd Class Aviation Medical Certificate.
